Agresso Support Consultant

Agresso Support Consultant required for immediately start to join a busy team within an exciting organisation. Supporting, troubleshooting, development and systems administration on Agresso including resolving ticketed issues and working closely with project implementation team and later this year Agresso upgrade.

You will also be involved in supporting several other applications such as SharePoint, Outlook and some others such as Meeting Scheduling Software. Take ownership of issues and pride in solving problems and offering help and where appropriate training and coaching with end users.

What's required:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of Agresso, at least 1 year.
  • Experience of working in a Technical Support or Systems Administration environment
  • Ability to Monitor Queues and act accordingly to internal ticketing system.
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Can do attitude with the aptitude to pick up complex issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Any knowledge of development within Agresso would be an advantage but not mandatory
