The Role

As a Support Specialist, your prime focus will be providing support to your customer base, keeping all clients up-to-date with the progress of any issues which have been risen. Your ability to communicate with colleagues, will mean that as a team you will be able to resolve challenging situations which you are faced with. You will accurately record all phases of an issue on the internal system, logging everything from the beginning to the end. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues from other departments, helping them to improve their knowledge of the systems.

Essential Skills

You must have previous experience working with ERP systems;
You must be able to use a variety of Microsoft office programs to a high standard;
You must have Crystal Reports and SQL Server knowledge;
You must have a background in working with accounts or stock management;
You must be able to resolve issues within the Windows platform.

Desirable Skills

You will have the ambition to progress within your role and further;
You will be able to establish a professional relationship with your customers and colleagues;
You will have a background working within a professional business environment;
You will have excellent communication skills.
