Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing company to join their ERP delivery team.

The role will entail providing a high level support to their ERP customers to solve helpdesk tickets.

The role will also include:

  • Responding to the customers in a timely manner.
  • Keeping customers informed on the status of their logged issue.
  • To see each support ticket through to conclusion.
  • Documenting and communicating effectively with customers and collegues.
  • Work proactively to identify opportunities for service improvement or chargeable activities and flagging these up with managers.
  • To provide remote consultancy as and when required.
