My client see someone to assist with their Application Support to ensure a robust and reliable service is provided to their customers.

In addition, to work closely with business colleagues to support improvements in how they do business, the information systems they rely on, and the technologies they need to deliver their outcomes

They are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities to support the organisaitions applications portfoli
  • Experience of supporting system development, system upgrades and change management using numerous environments
  • SQL server and SQL reporting experience
  • Experience of working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience of undertaking UAT
  • Ideally experience of working with products such as iWorld, Mosaic, Agresso, Civica APP, Northgate Housing - however not essential if you have good experience of 1st and 2nd line Support.
  • Experience of working with business colleagues and associated stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to understand business requirements and translate these into potential technical deliverables
